Among tracked towns, on this one measured night — not a ranking of Poland's cheapest cities.
Answers from measurements, not guesses
You do not need to know terms such as percentile or rate shopping. Pick a town and we show the middle price, the usual range, and the nights that stand out.
The median price per night in Rewal is 659 zł, from a window of 90 measured nights — 208 places answered, priced on 18 August 2026.
Friday–Saturday nights carry a median of 705 zł against 601 zł on Monday–Thursday (+17%). The priciest measured night of the window is 25 October 2026: median 746 zł.
Choose a town at the top of the page. You will see the median asking price per night, the middle half of offers, the number of properties with a price, and the measurement date. It is a quicker answer than checking hotels one by one.
The comparison table uses the same measured night and keeps currencies separate. Each row shows the median, price range, offer count, and scan date, so a summer Saturday is not compared with an ordinary Tuesday.
It depends on the town and dates. Each town page compares Friday and Saturday with Monday to Thursday. We show both medians and the percentage difference when both groups have enough measured data.
Named events appear beside the price curve. An event night is compared with nearby nights of the same type, such as weekend with weekend. Matching dates are useful context, not proof that the event caused the price change.
These are public asking prices visible during a search. We do not know the price at which a booking completed, so we do not show it or describe this data as hotel revenue.
The only question this answers
You already know your own prices. What you cannot see is the other places in town, tonight and every night for three months. Getting that by hand means opening Booking, typing a date, scrolling, writing numbers down — hours of work that is stale by morning.
What one scan gives
01
The single number that answers “am I above or below the town?”
02
Where half the places sit, and where 8 in 10 sit. Tells you whether the market is tight — price like everyone — or wide, with room to move.
03
Concerts, fairs, holidays, marathons — with how much those nights actually cost.
04
How many places answered, and when it was priced. Every figure is traceable.
Why you can believe the numbers
495
listings measured in Gdańsk, 131 zł to 21 534 zł
604 zł
the median — the market you are actually in
1 219 zł
the average — dragged by a few villas nobody competes with
A median over 30 places and a median over 208 places are not the same claim, which is why the count sits next to every figure.
The percentage compares that night's median with the same weekdays around it — a weekend is 5–20% above midweek by itself. We publish the number and state plainly that we are not claiming the event caused it.
A city-month needs at least 30 places and 15 measured nights before it gets a public page. Below that we say “not enough measured yet” rather than publish a shaky number.
“199 places answered · priced 14 Jun 2026.” That line is the most valuable sentence on the page, and it is sized like it.
What we deliberately do not sell
We cannot change anyone's price and never will. You set prices in your own extranet. We are a briefing, not a control panel.
We never say “prices will rise”. We say what is being asked today for a future night. Nothing on screen is predicted.
You do not choose five rivals to track. We read the whole town, so the market is what it is, not what you selected.
These are asking prices — what places want — not what rooms sold for. We say so on the page.
What you actually do
1
Not a hotel, not an address. A town.
2
One button, one action in the whole product.
3
Names of the places found stream past while the first nights land on the curve — roughly 90 seconds for a full town.
4
One blue line (middle price), two bands around it (half the town, 8 in 10 of the town), 90 nights left to right.
5
You get that night's exact figures and the full anonymised list of what fed them — the proof.
6
“Craft Beer Week, 24–26 Jul, those nights run 59% above the same weekdays around them.”
7
Go to Booking and change three prices. Done.
Measured
In Gdańsk, the night of St. Dominic's Fair (14 Aug 2026) ran a median of 3 844 zł — against roughly 430 zł on an ordinary night.
